Gray Whales, Young and Old.

Captain Mike ran two trips today, 9am and 12 noon.   The 9 am trip ran into a bit of fog at first which made spotting whales a challenge. The crew reports seeing 200 common dolphins and 1 shy southbound gray whale.

At noon the sun broke out and so did the #whales. Mike located a total of 5 northbound gray whales which included 3 small ones, about 15 feet long.   Two of the smaller whales made a very friendly approach to the Condor and thrilled the whale watchers on board.
