Harbor re-opens !!
Late morning on Saturday 3/15: Santa Barbara Harbor has resumed normal operations. Captain Dave has announce that the Condor Express will run all 3 trips ((a, 12n, and 3p) tomorrow, Sunday 3/16.
With lots of northbound gray whales and also some humpback whales in the area, who knows what Mother Nature will bring to the table?
