Santa Barbara Harbor Update
La Encina, the harbor dredge barge installed its replacement power supply unit and has been sucking and moving sand 24/7. But alas, the entrance to Santa Barbara Harbor is still closed. We are cancelling all trips scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday 3/15, and we are now shifting people to the Sunday trips.
