Friends,
The western end of Santa Cruz Island has been going bananas with wildlife the past few days. Today was no exception:
2 Gray Whales 10 Pacific White-sided dolphins
600 Risso's Dolphins 1500 Common Dolphins tons of sea lions including one pup being releasded back into the wild after rehab at CIMWI (Channel Islands Marine and Wildlife Institute)
tons of squid on the surface
Again, the Risso's were carrying on, breaching, racing, acting wild in this AWESOME weather!
