The best whale watching in southern California !

Summary: 3 humpback whales 1,200 common dolphins

It was mostly sunny with extremely blue, clear water today. Although we ran out to Anacapa to greet the dolphins, the whales were found just off the beach near western Ventura. The water was so clear you could see the humpbacks rolling around as they passed directly under the boat and came over for a very friendly visit. Wow. This is the best whale watching in southern California.
