We are are sure that you will have a great Whale Watch experience here at The Condor Express that we offer a Whale Watch Guarantee. On the vast majority of our whale watching trips we see large baleen whales like humpback whales, gray whales, fin whales, or blue whales. On others, we may have sightings of giant Mega-pods of dolphins, porpoises, killer whales, sharks or other animals. We will give you plenty of time to watch these animals as well! But we are always at the discretion of Mother Nature. Sometimes due to unpredictable weather or animals, the trip is not up to our Condor standard. If we don’t see whales or have sightings of other marine animals, the Captain will issue “whale checks”. Whale checks are good for a free trip of equal value aboard the Condor Express Whale Watching. These whale watch vouchers never expire so long as you don't lose them!

Whale Checks are issued at the discretion of the Captain of the Condor Express. If you don’t see whales or have an opportunity to see other marine wildlife, we will issue the whale check while departing the boat. There are no cash refunds for whale watching trips, but we’ll be happy to take you on another whale watching trip for free!
