Mammal Lovers, Beautiful, glassy, calm conditions continue in the Channel, still a touch of the ol' morning foggy out there …and this is what the Condor Express watched closely:
6 Humpbacks 1000 Common Dolphins
As if that was not enough, today the Condor Express had two VIP guests: two Guadalupe Fur Seals courtesy of MMCC (Marine Mammal Care Center) up north in Sausalito, and were released back into their natural wild habitat under the supervision of our local CIMWI (Channel Islands Marine and Wildlife Institute. If you would like more information about CIMWI, or would like to help their rehabilitation efforts, please visit their website at https://www.cimwi.org or the MMCC site: https://www.marinemammalcenter.org.
Sign up now to see the show, you never know what Mother Nature has in store for you in the way of fabulous sightings when you come on board. Make your reservations now and see the Humpbacks, Blues, plus whatever else is happening out there in our wonderful Channel. We are truly fortunate to live and play where we do, and this is the best it gets as far as the early Summer season goes. Oh, yeah!
