California Humpback whales spotted today

Sunday, Oct. 21

Three California Humpback whales spotted today. Rope and her humpback compadres continued to thrill the whale watchers in the Santa Barbara Channel today. In addition, two minke whales were seen as the eastern Channel is full of bait fish. Abundant marine bird populations were also there to take advantage of the food supply. Another day in paradise, watching wildlife on the Condor Express!

Total sightings: 3 humpback whales 2 minke whales 1,250 common dolphins scads of black-vented shearwaters
