A nice visit to both sides of the Channel.
The trip started with #humpbackwhales being sighted only 5 miles offshore. This sighting included a mother and her calf. This pair was milling around an area that was active with about 750 common dolphins. Good sightings were had. Next we headed south and paid a visit to beautiful Santa Cruz Island, and then headed back across the Channel to yet another area with humpback whales. The total for these big whales today was 5, but there were many more spouts all around in the area.
