The Santa Barbara Channel is full of marine wildlife right now, and what a beautiful day we had.
The Condor Express today watched a total of 7 Gray Whales, 2 Humpback Whales, 4 Bottlenosed Dolphins, 2 Bald Eagles, 20 Rissos Dolphin, and 1500 Common Dolphins. Looks like it is going to be quite a spring season with Humpback Whales already making there way into our channel!
On Friday, February 12th and Saturday, February 13th, we will be finishing our season of Island Whale Watching Excursions. Both days our trip will depart at 10am and return at 2:30pm.
On Sunday, February 14th, we will begin our 2 1/2 hour Coastal Whale Watching Tours, departing daily at 9am, Noon, and 3pm.
We will be targeting the Gray Whales as they make their exhaustive journey back up the coast to Alaska.
