Day of the Bottlenose! Sat Feb 26

Whale Watchers:

Another great day for coastal nature watching, and today we had a surprising encounter that lasted over a half-hour with

25 Bottlenose Dolphins

Although typically curious, these large dolphins like to approach the boat and ride the bow and stern wake for a few minutes, then go about their “business.”   Today they stayed with us for 32 minutes and were seen leaping, rolling around and playing with each other and the boat.  What a special treat!

You never know what Mother Nature has in store for you in the way of fabulous sightings when you come on board. Make your reservations (9am, 12 noon, or 3pm) now and see the mighty Gray Whales as they migrate back home to Alaska, plus  whatever else is happening out there in our wonderful Channel.  Call 888-77WHALE  or 805-882-0088 to book your trip.
