Fabulous cetaceans in the Santa Barbara Channel

Totals: 10 gray whales+ 200 Rissos dolphins 1,000 California Sea Lions
A bright, clear sunny day in the Channel resulted in spectacular cetacean sightings today. We closely watched 10 gray whales, but there were many more spouts all around. A huge pod of traveling Rissos dolphins was also seen. Finally, a gigantic mob of traveling sea lions was seen.
