Holy Smokes !   14 Gray Whales and more!

The Condor Express ran two trips today and recorded an unbelievable 14 gray whale sightings.  Most of these whales came on the 12 noon trip, and the whale parade included one that breached a couple of times.  Wow!  On the morning trip there were dozen or so common dolphins too.  All this action was west of Santa Barbara Harbor and fairly close to the shore.  There were no calves or juveniles, but all the looks were fantastic and surface times were also good.

Tomorrow we have public whale watching at 9am and 3 pm.
