Huge whale sightings today in the Santa Barbar Channel by the Condor Express

Santa Barbara Channel Wild Mainre Mammals Lovers,

Here are the species we watched closely today:

2 giant Blue Whales ( perhaps one more in binocular range )

2,500 long-beaked Common Dolphins (in two large, friendly pods)

1 Humpback Whale (another within long binocular range)

King Neptune smiled upon the Condor Express today and the seas were very calm with little or no wind.  There was bright sun all day.  The majestic tall spouts of the giant Blue Whales could be seen several miles offshore, framed in the background by Santa Cruz Island.  In addition to the Blue Whales, we also had at least one friendly Humpback Whale that showed its tail flukes right off the bow in full view of our guests.  Also the “dolphn show” was spectacular.    An epic day on the Channel.  I'm attaching a photo of one of the Blue Whales, and will post all the rest on the website no later than tomorrow.
