Thurs July 22 – Whale Report

Nature Lovers, It was a whale fest on the summer feeding grounds again today.  Although a season high 50 or more whales were in the area, here are the number of marine mammals we followed closely:

17 Blue Whale 14 Humpback Whales 500 California Sea Lions Now this doesn't happen very often, but towards the end of the trip we had one Humpback Whale that breached (leaping completely out of the water) at least 100 times over a one hour period.  Incredible.  Advise interested parties to make their reservations early, the word is getting out and spaces may be limited…we'd love you and your clients to be part of the action!   Our daily trip photos are posted on the internet at   www.CondorExpressPhotos.com Call 1-888-77WHALE or 805-882-0088 to get your name on the list before all the spots fill up.
