Whales & Dolphins Seen on Friday Sept 3rd

Friends of Whales, Again we see Blues and Humpbacks together on the feeding grounds doing what they do best:   feeding!  Surface feeding is fairly rare since most of the krill are below the surface during a “normal” August, but the water is cooler than normal, and something is driving the krill up.  What a spectacle!  Here is what the Condor Express closely watched today: 5 Blue Whales  (including one mother and her calf) 2 Humpback Whales (this was a mother and her calf) 200 Common Dolphins

6 Bottle nose Dolphins 200 California Sea Lions Many more spouts and lunges were seen in the distance.  Of course, you never know on a day to day basis what mother nature has in store.  But it is always an amazing day full of sea creatures and adventures on the high seas when the Condor Express leaves the dock at 8am this Saturday and 10am regularly.  Hope to see you and your associates out there… Sign up now and tell your friends.  Call 1-888-77WHALE or 805-882-0088 to get your name on the list before all the spots fill up. Photographs from many trips are available online  www.CondorExpressPhotos.com
