Trip Sightings Report:

Here are the species we watched closely today: 2 Humpback whales 5 Minke whales 800 Common Dolphins

NOTES: Good conditions in the eastern Channel today. Our friend “Rope,” the humpback whale, and her friend came up to the boat and paid a visit again today. We also saw humpback whales feeding.  A good number of Minke whales were also seen in the vicinity.

In addition to the expert crew on the Condor Express with over 35 years of experience, Channel Islands Naturalist Corps volunteer naturalists, representatives from the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary and National Park, are usually on board and available to answer your questions during the trip.
